I am a content designer, UX strategist, and poet, among other things.
At work I turn complex product requirements into simple and seamless user experiences by providing the right information, at the right time, in the right way.
My toolbox includes information architecture, design frameworks, style guides, glossaries, and ultimately the content and visual components that are the building blocks of a great user journey.
Outside of work I write poetry and sometimes perform it as spoken word. Social injustice, mental health, faith, and the art of the ordinary continue to be deep wells of inspiration for me.
